SHIPPING

SHIPPING TIME

​

The normal processing time for orders is 72 hours during business days (Monday - Friday). After your order has been shipped, delivery time within the United States is 7-12 business days. Please keep in mind that during holidays or limited edition launches and restocks, this time may vary.

DOMESTIC:

  • UPS Ground - 7-12 Business Days

  • UPS 3 Day Select - 3-5 Business Days

SHIPPING AND HANDLING COST​

  • UPS Ground - $14.99 flat rate, Free with orders over $100

  • UPS 3 Day Select - $18.99 flat rate

ORDER AND SHIPPING CONFIRMATION

​

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed, it will include your order number and shipping method. Please make sure your shipping address is correct, as we are unable to redirect goods once they are on route to you. Once your order is processed it can take 7-10 business days to arrive at your destination. Once your order is prepared for shipment you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information. Please note that pre-order items take up to four weeks to ship, no matter what shipment type is chosen. Please also note that in some cases, your order may arrive in multiple shipments (i.e., in the case of pre-order or backorder).

WHERE WE SHIP

​

We currently ship to U.S. addresses including Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories. We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses. For the moment, we do not ship internationally - outside U.S. territory.

TAXES

​

Sales tax will apply on merchandise total, where applicable. Taxes are calculated according to shipping destination and itemized on the Order Summary page.

RETURNS & REFUND

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Returns are accepted within 7 days from the delivery date. After we receive your returned items, we will process your refund onto your original form of payment. Original shipping and handling fees and "Duties & Taxes Reimbursements" will not be refunded. Please allow 5-10 business days from receipt of your returned item(s) for your refund to post.

Returned items will be inspected and must be returned in unopened and original condition. Any items that are damaged when we receive them are not eligible for refund. Items marked as Final Sale and promotional items cannot be returned.

EXCHANGE

EXCHANGE​

We do not accept exchanges, as items may sell out while the requested exchange is returned and processed.

NOTICES

The Well Concept is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by natural occurrences, or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees.
